At Ebild, we 'tailor-fit' our training to suit our customers requirements. We offer training on ABB, Motoman, Kuka, Fanuc, and Comau robots in our training facility and our robots have been individually setup to provide spot welding, mig welding, palletising and handling processes.
Presently our standard courses range from detailed mechanical and electrical awareness, through to Basic Robot Programming and onto Advance Robot Programming.
Our Engineers specialize in simulations to assess manufacturing feasibility of new product designs, analyse robot workcellsto assess reach, access, clash and cycle time including OLP and conducting dynamic simulations of product, tooling & equipment. Other services include preparing, organising, running and reporting out Virtual Build Events. maintaining tooling and equipment libraries using software tools such as Process Designer, Process Simulate, Vismockup, TeamCenter, Robcad & Delmia. For Final Assembly, Body Construction, Paint and Powertrain operations.
When it comes to creating optimal robot paths for utilisation and cycle time efficiency. our robot programmers are trained and proficient in the programming of all leading makes of industrial robot. We can also provide training in robot programming to endusers either onsite or at our Luton premises.
We have supplied Manufacturing Engineers for numerous projects including assessing manufacturing feasibility of new product designs. writing process descriptions for plants,. project managing the design, installation & buy off of new and modified tooling & equipment. We can also offer the services of Layout Engineers for the creation of plant layouts and project managing layout changes.
Our Ergonomists provide Ergonomic Simulations to assess Design for Ergonomics of new product, tooling & equipment. We also specialize in preparing, organising running and reporting out Ergo Build Events. Using VR equipment both Electro/magnetic and optical. Jack, MOCAPS, Process Designer & TeamCenter for Final Assembly, Body Construction, Paint and Powertrain operations.
